KNN piezoelectric ceramics are of great importance in the field scientific research due to their high Curie temperature, good electrical properties, etc. The application potassium sodium niobate K0.5Na0.5NbO3 (KNN) is strictly limited volatility Na+ and K+ its leakage current. In order investigate effect Mn doping on KNN-based ceramic coatings, KNN-0.02Mn (KNMN) coatings were successfully prepared using a plasma spraying technique. phase structure, microscopic morphology, properties studied research. results showed that both KNMN had chalcogenide structures. coating an orthogonal whereas tetragonal structure. Compared with coating, microhardness was improved through ions. ions could replace A B sites ceramics, further reducing oxygen vacancies currents dielectric improved.
